All I can think about is the weekend, I am so excited not only for some good homemade food but there are some great new movies coming out this weekend that I want to see, I will talk about those before I leave for class this morning.
This morning was one of the only mornings where Kyle and I were not running to catch the train. We actually had time to ride the escalator up to the train instead of racing up it like we usually do. I love a leisure walk, one of my pet peeves is getting ready in the morning and looking cute and put together then having to break a sweat, loose all of my composure before my day has even started to make it in time to catch the train. It's just doesn't work with my easy going flow, ya know? ha. That was funny I think since I am not the most easy going person but I know how to laugh and have a good time when it counts, I just know how to buckle down and get a job done when it matters.
Right now I am listening to Justin Timberlake, His older album "Justified" I love this album, Lately I have been
listening to the new one but It's nice to go back and listen to the old one too. We were talking in class about how people like myself can make money from advertising on our blogs, then providing a link to lets say Amazon.ca and if you become a partner you can make 15% from every person who click on the link and buys a product from your site. It's something to look into, I know that I don't get that much exposure with this but there are ways to work around that too. Just look at Perez Hilton. That started out as a blog about celebrates and everyone went on to get the latest news, now that person is almost a celebrity. I am sure he makes a ton of money from that exposure. It's crazy how one person's Tid Bits can be another persons Gold Pile.

So this is the scoop for new movies out this weekend. I am really excited about this being the movie buff that I am. I have to say, I have been less then impressed with the movies as of lately. I have come to believe that this because of the U.S economy, I think it's playing an effect on even the big block buster movies or lack their of that are being released in the last couple of years and this year.
All that being said these are 3 movies that I have had my eye on, I got an email from my Ciniplex points card with a promo of getting a couple extra hundred points when you see the movie " Nights in Rodanthe" which is based on a book by the author "Nicolas Sparks" We all saw "The Note Book" and we know what a sweet romance that was so this movie caught my eye. Another movie, I noticed this morning while reading the "Go Train" paper, it's called
"The Lucky Ones" the paper devoted a huge advertisement for this movie with a long synopsis which sounded really intreguing so I think this is a good one to see. The final movie I have seen in quite a few previews, its directed by Steven Spielberg "Eagle Eye" This was also in the paper this morning with not so fairing reviews, but after reading about it on IMDB.com I thought it had a really exciting pot. So those are my top 3 movies to see and I am hoping to see at least one of those this weekend.
Here are the details on these movies:
All of these can be found on: http://www.imdb.com/
IMDb Eagle Eye

As the situation escalates, these two ordinary people become the country's most wanted fugitives, who must work together to discover what is really happening -– and more importantly, why.
IMDb Nights in Rodanthe

Adrienne Willis, a woman with her life in chaos, retreats to the tiny coastal town of Rodanthe, in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, to tend to a friend's inn for the weekend. Here she hopes to find the tranquility she so desperately needs to rethink the conflicts surrounding her -- a wayward husband who has asked to come home, and a teen-aged daughter who resents her every decision. Almost as soon as Adrienne gets to Rodanthe, a major storm is forecast and a guest named Dr. Paul Flanner arrive. The only guest at the inn, Flanner is not on a weekend escape but rather is there to face his own crisis of conscience. Now, with the storm closing in, the two turn to each other for comfort and, in one magical weekend, set in motion a life-changing romance that will resonate throughout the rest of their lives.
IMDb The Lucky Ones

The story revolves around three soldiers -- Colee, TK and Cheever -- who return from the Iraq War after suffering injuries and learn that life has moved on without them. They end up on an unexpected road trip across the U.S., with Colee on a mission to bring her boyfriend's guitar back to his family because he saved her life, TK seeking confidence to face his wife after a shrapnel injury that threatens his sexual function and middle-aged Cheever planning to hit the casinos in a desperate effort to pay for his son's college tuition.
I don't know about you but I can't wait for this weekend. I know it's going to be great. A dinner out, A night at the movies with a big bag of popcorn and a sweet story, time spent with family and maybe a trip to New York State to the outlets. Of course some homework will be done somewhere in the middle of everything but all I know is YES it's Friday!
