Sunday Morning

It's Sunday Morning. Last night was amazing. Kyle and I went all out at Earls, We splurged on the Kyle's company. He went to work all day on Saturday and His boss told him to call me and tell me dinner was on Him. This is the second time Kyle's boss has done this for us, it was much appreciated.
Anyone who gets the chance needs to go to Earls, they have the best food. They are mostly out west but one opened in Mississauga. Since it opened Kyle and I have gone a lot. the food never disappoints. So we did something we hardly ever do, we started off with drinks,
Here's a list of what we got :
"viva divaMatini"
smirnoff vodka, mango passion liqueur, peach liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, bellini slush
& "Cheap date"
(4 for $10) coconut rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice
&"Mango Margarita"
cuervo tequila and triple sec, fresh fruit puree, citrus slush
We started off with grilled pan bread and Sipped drinks until our meal arrived- which by the way was out of this world!
I got one of November's signature dishes:
"Oven Roasted Chicken with Hunter Sauce"
Tender boneless chicken breast, sundried tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, spicy peppercorns and white wine in a rich demi glace, roast potatoes and seasonal fresh vegetables.
Kyle got:
"1/2 Order Hickory Back Ribs and Cajun Chicken"
Tender boneless chicken breast, seasonal sauce, rosemary roast potatoes and seasonal fresh vegetables with Cajun Blackened Chicken crusted in Earl's house made blackening spices, glazed with garlic butter, served with rosemary roasted potatoes and coleslaw
The meal was amazing, And the company was even better!

After Dinner we went to see a late show,
"The Changeling" With Angelina Jolie. I have to say she is not my favorite actress but I really enjoyed this movie. Clint Eastwood is also a director I usually find pretty boring but this movie was really great. I wish the ending was different but realistic endings bring movies back to reality. Which is good for dreamers like me.

Kyle and I came home and I ended the night putting together my Christmas list. Its a long one!
