What a Year

Winter is HERE....
It's hard to believe that in a couple of months I could finish my advertising course. I am planning to go for another year but most of my classmates are graduating after 2, moving on to the big bad city.
I wish I had time to talk like I used to, I loved writing everyday, sometimes more then once. It's just been so crazy with so much school work and long nights. On Friday I got home from school around 6:00 pm and I had dinner and fell asleep on the couch at 8:00 pm and that was it for my Friday. I have been totally in "Go" mind that I haven't had time to really see which way I am going.

In a few days it will be the funnest shopping day in the states "black Friday" There are box sets for $15 bucks and tons of other sale items, some stores open up at 4am! Unfortunately I have school and I may miss out on a lot of the good stuff but I am going to be for sure shopping this weekend.

Monday Kyle leaves for a week to go to Arkansa but his flight isn't until the afternoon, so it worked out, we are going to spend the morning putting up the tree and decorating the house together before he goes. I can't wait for that.
I have to get going to school.. but It feels so good to get the chance to write, even if it's just a little. I have been dreaming so much lately in my mind and I haven't had time to really record and process all my thoughts. You can expect much more entrees over the Christmas break.

I plan on working on my creative portfolio during the break, watching movies and doing creative stuff. I just want to unwind, listen to music and take time to think straight.
I was telling my family over the weekend about the placement with Sheridan when I graduate. It's really awesome. The students who are graduating research what company anywhere in the world they dream of working at and in the field they are interested in, and we do all the work and then give our portfolio ( if we're going into creative) to them and we have no contact with the employer, they do on our behalf. They get us an internship for 4-6 weeks and after that time is up we can get hired on full time potentially. The faculty even helps with getting a work visa if your going to the states or a different country.

This is awesome news! I have been dreaming a lot lately about California, Toronto, or Vancouver. I love advertising and the idea of movies together. That would be the best fit for me, so I Have some time to think about it since I Have another year to go but it's definitely something amazing on my mind.
Okay, time to make the bed and get dressed!
Until later,
