Supper was awesome..everything was good until after we finished watching Grey's Anatomy and I felt my head ache again so I went for a snooze at 8:30pm and woke up at 3:00 am and it's almost 6:00 am! and I have been up ever since...Crazy I know. I woke up with a headache but I think it's finally gone without advil this time so that is good. I wanted to spend this weekend feeling awesome and right now I think it just might be possible.
I taped about 13 hours of the Olympic games today and I have been fast forwarding through everything and stopping on the exciting moments. I admit I shed some tears watching the excitement and significance of our Country hosting this grand affair. I was really touched by the musical performance by K.D Lang. She sang "Hallelujah" and she did it incredibly. Here is a short clip from Utube of that.
I have the Olympic schedule in my favorites page online, I want to catch all the action but mainly I am interested in figure skating and speed skating but I will try to watch everything. I am so pumped for Canada, they did so well during the last Olympics I know this year they will do us all proud again. It is just so exciting that the Olympics are in Canada and we have so much to celebrate. I am excited for tomorrow, Kyle and I are going to spend the afternoon in the states and hang out with Andrew and Rochelle in the evening ...Looking forward to it and also looking forward to feeling awesome..I hope I am finally feeling better to get some much needed relaxation and enjoyment. Well I think I'm going to get a couple more hours of sleep!
