
These are a few images from the new workout dvd I recently started using. Its pretty old it was made in 1992 by Cindy Crawford, its called shape your body. Let me just say seeing her body infront of you for 40 minutes is insperation enough to keep on going! This work out is amazing. She targets every part of the body. All you need is some weights, a work out matt and some coushions for some of the exerises lifting weights on your back and a chair for some of the leg exterises. I am on day 2 of my 2 week break and day 2 of getting re focused again on reaching my goal of buckling down andloosing these extra pounds, gaining strength and toning up in the process to acheive the ultmiate goal which is of corse the one thing I have never done before in my whole life which is wear a bikini. I am not unrealistic though, I know its so hard and takes so much work. Just writing down everything I eat during the day is a huge eye opener, I'm going crazy with wanting to snack, its really hard to not eat! But those extra calories are the difference between lossing weight and not loosing weight so whenever I want those chips I have to remember about the big goal I have and how great I feel comming as far as I already have and how amazing I will feel when I reach my goal. That feeling is worth the dicipline and hard work!
So
I did this cindy crawford workout 2 times today...I have never seen sweat fall from my body before, I have been sweaty from workouts in the past but to see sweat fall! what an accomplishment. This work out is good because I can actually continue to do it, unlike the biggest loser workout, that one takes me a whole week for my muscles to recover, I can't even walk! this one I can feel the pain but its not too much that I can't workout the next day, so I think I will keep doing this workout for awhile. See if I get results after a couple of weeks.
