

I decided to start my 2 weeks off from school by getting back
into my workouts. I decided to go back to the first workout dvd that I started with at the beginning of my weight loss journey. Jane Fonda! its from the 80's so the work out attire is pokadots and florecents but the work out is good and at least I can do it a couple of times a week unlike the biggest loser workout which I can only do once and need a week to recover! I don't know why but it's really hard now to loose weight, I find that im so distracted with life to take the time to count calories and exercise and I know that right now I have time off so I can get started to get back on track but I know when I get back into the swing of things with school and assignments it will be hard to keep going.
But I am going to make an effort to try. I think the best thing someone can do is to set small goals and begin to achieve them by taking small steps. My first small goal is to loose 10lbs, no time requirments, I just want to start by trying to loose 10 lbs and then see what happens and what goal I want to set next. I havent been writing down everything I eat and the calories for a long time now and today I started to do that and I am shocked that Its a huge challenge because I just want to nibble and snack but if I have to write down what Im eating I wont eat it because it all ads up!
