
But after talking Daria is now going to be my personal motivator to help me reach my goal which is ultimately to wear a bikini by graduation but if I stick to the formula we came up with.. it should happen before then. First of all I have gained some weight since being back at school. I was making so much progress not too long ago but its been really hard to get back into the swing of things, especially when I am at school. So now Daria is going to hold me accountable when I am in school.. No more snacking on nuts and candy or chocolate. I am only allowed to snack on fruit when I am at school!
SO here is the plan Daria my coach and me came up with to drop the pounds and hopefully look half way as amazing as the woman in this picture. (I will have my own version of her slammin body).....
Okay so here is what I am going to do starting today May 27th 2008. My goal is to loose 6 lbs a month for a grand total of 65lbs which at that rate would have me reaching my goal by April next year, just in time for summer. I know how hard it is to loose weight though so I have allowed for things going wrong and that's why the ultimate goal is for graduation but I am going to try loose 6lbs a month. We will see how it goes I will keep you posted.
So this is the plan Daria and I came up with to help me reach my goal.


Then for lunch when I am at school, I have been doing pretty well at this but I need to try to eat more healthy which means getting rid of anything that is not going to help my body stay healthy. SO for lunch time I will have healthy things. Like Water to drink, a Salad or a sandwich. Something filling buy flattering to my figure.


So now that my day at school is covered. Oh and If I can get into a routine, after i get set into a plan I want to stay for an hour after school 3 days and do a work out to help me reach my goal and get in shape.
SO once I am home Daria and I got to talk about where I am going wrong and we came up with the late night snacking so that as of today is No LONGER! I am going to be recording everything I eat BUT
AFTER 8:30 I CAN ONLY SNACK ON FRUIT!
This means no chips, no ice cream, no salty snacks which I love. At 8:30 this is the cut off point and only fruit will be allowed. So essentially the only time I am able to snack on anything other then fruit is after school and after supper and then that is it!

And finally Daria insits that I will not be successful if I don't give in to some indulgences. SO I am allowed to eat my favorite things only one day a week. So If i want some cheesecake for chips or wings.. I am only allowed to have that on one day of the week!
So this is the plan that I am going to be starting. Everyone who reads this help to keep me accountable. Now that I have Daria as my personal motivator I know she won't let me get away with snacking on anything but fruit when I am at school and she said she will make sure I eat a healthy lunch everyday for lunch. I am going to be sharing my weight loss progress and food journal with her every two weeks to see how I have been doing and If I am on target with my goal and what I need to improve.
I have to make sure I do everything I can to only indulge in the fatty foods I love only one day a week and the rest of the week make sure I am eating healthy and the hardest part of this plan is only eating fruit at night! But I think we're on to something here! I am going to start with changing my eating habits and as soon as Angela and I go get assessed I will see what kind of work out routine I should be following.
Wish me luck! I have achieved so much but I have been at this weight for way too long and its time to buckle down and get this weight off for good!
Looking incredible in a bikini has always been on the top of my list for things I have always wanted and I know that if I set this goal and keep at it, it is possible! Hopefully with Daria's help and support and with some determination and accountability I will be in a bikini by next summer.
