It would be awesome to have a body like Cindy Crawford's. This is what I am looking at every day that I do my home DVD workout. This was back in the early 1990's though and I am sure she has changed but I am definitely motivated to work out seeing her lean body infront of me. I have had a really successful week working out. I started with my first workout on Sunday and again on Monday, I worked out Thursday and again today Friday.
I usually go onto a different site to blog about all of my eating less rants and raves and whining but I thought I should post something at my site for everyone to see what I have been up too. You can all keep me accountable. I want to make good healthy changes for life to achieve the ultimate goal which is to wear a bikini, hopefully by next summer which I am afraid to say outloud because if I quit and go back to my snack eating ways everyone will know that I didn't achieve my goal. I guess its good motivation to say it out loud for everyone to hear, I will make me want to live up to the challenge and I am all for a challenge.
So tomorrow will be one week down of my new plan towards looking hot in a bikini, I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning to see my progress. Hopefully I will be seeing some lower numbers!
