movies of the Summer

Summer Block Buster's.... I live for these, I have seen a lot of awesome movies this year and I have failed to mention a lot of them. If I had it my way there would be one incredible movie opening up every single weekend, There has been some great ones over the last couple of weeks. Inception and Salt were incredible. It's hard to know what is happening in Inception, it's really complex and has so many layers but it gets you thinking which is really refreshing when it comes to movies.
Salt was packed with action, more questions than answers and one of those annoying yet makes you want more endings. I am looking forward to a sequel if there is one and by the way it ended I am sure there will be.
Knight Day was perfect, Tom & Cameron together were a match made in movie heaven, they really clicked and played well off of each other. I thought it was a great movie, the perfect way to kick off the summer time. I still adore Tom Cruise, I always look forward to seeing what movies he will make next. I love watching his old classics "Cocktail, Rain Man, The Firm, Far and Away, Top Gun, Days of Thunder" And so many more...He is the epitome of Block Buster movies and I always look forward to seeing them.
Charlie St. Cloud is another one I want to see, I love drama's like this one, I think it will be a pretty good movie. I don't know why I love going to the movies so much. I think the Advertising people of Cineplex have it right with there slogan that Say's "Escape with Us" Every time I go to the movies I see that sign and quietly agree inside..YES I WILL ESCAPE! (Okay so it's really actually kind of loud) I just get excited..I love to be taken away into a new world, into a story that Is make believe and into a fairy tale..It's 2 hours to be taken away into a new adventure and into a world that looks nothing like my own.
I hope that this weekend I will be able to escape into the Life of Charlie St. Cloud, although I can't see Kyle agreeing to see this one so I might just have to wait to escape until there is something we both want to see.
